Tips for Spa Day

To gain the most out of your Spa day, please consider the following:

  • Tip 1

    Wear lose, comfortable and warm clothes like a dressing gown, pyjamas or lounge/gym wear.

    Please make sure you eat and drink throughout the day and have eaten something light before your treatment commences.

    Please remove all jewellery so there are no restrictions during your treatments.

    Please bring your completed health form to your treatment.

  • Tip 2

    Please make sure all the Spa Party are aware of their individual treatment times.

    Room allocation: quiet bedroom or reception room with a bathroom close by, soft lighting, plug sockets, room for Therapist’s treatment couch.

    Please allow a car parking space close by so the Therapist can unload her equipment.
